Corrections/Contact
Users of this Site may contact the Privacy Officer to modify or correct any of their personal information that is under our control. SIY Standard Refund Policy. As a general matter, AutoProCanada.com does not provide refunds for SIY listings more than 24 hours after a listing is purchased except under the following circumstances: (a) if it took longer than 14 days for your listing to be posted to the AutoProCanada.com site OR (b) if you mistakenly purchased (either through the AutoProCanada.com site or through one of AutoProCanada.com&undefined;s newspaper or broadcast affiliates) a duplicate listing for the same vehicle and both appear on the AutoProCanada.com site at the time of your request. All Money Backs must be notarized
The listing must have been on the autoprocanada.com site for 90 consecutive calendar days without interruption following the ad start date. SIY Standard Refund Policy. As a general matter, AutoProCanada.com does not provide refunds for SIY listings more than 24 hours after a listing is purchased except under the following circumstances: (a) if it took longer than 14 days for your listing to be posted to the AutoProCanada.com site OR (b) if you mistakenly purchased (either through the AutoProCanada.com site or through one of AutoProCanada.com&undefined;s newspaper or broadcast affiliates) a duplicate listing for the same vehicle and both appear on the AutoProCanada.com site at the time of your request. In order to be eligible to receive a refund under these two circumstances, AutoProCanada.com must receive your refund request in the manner described below within 5 calendar days of your purchase of a SIY listing.
AutoProCanada further reserves the right to make refunds at any time in connection with cases of fraud, abuse, and in other limited instances. AutoProCanada.com does not provide refunds under any other circumstances unless you are eligible for the SIY 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. Notwithstanding anything in this policy to the contrary, AutoProCanada.com reserves the right to finally determine in its sole discretion whether the criteria for a refund set forth in this policy have been satisfied and to request any additional information relevant to such request.
All refund requests must be in writing and include your name, address, e-mail address, ad ID, vehicle description, the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the listing, and the reasons you are requesting a refund. Please send all refund requests through our e-mail contact.
AutoProCanada.com is not responsible for refund requests that are not timely received in accordance with this policy for any reason, including without limitation, Web congestion, addressing mistakes, computer or Internet downtime, or requests submitted by phone, postal mail, or any other manner not expressly provided for in this policy.

SIY 90-Day Money Back Guarantee Terms. As described below, Individual Sellers who purchase or upgrade to a Listing that meet all of the following Eligibility/Limitations and Refund Process terms and conditions are eligible for AutoproCanada.com&undefined;s 90-Day Money Back Guarantee (the "Guarantee").
Eligibility/Limitations. To be eligible for the Guarantee, each of the following conditions must be met:
The listing must be purchased on the autoprocanada.com website as part of a listings package that includes the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee offer.
All Money Backs must be notarized
The listing must have been on the autoprocanada.com site for 90 consecutive calendar days without interruption following the ad start date. You must activate at least one renewal (at no charge) to accomplish this. If you upgrade to a listing package that includes the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee, the 90 day period commences on the date that the upgraded listing including the guarantee first appears on the autoprocanada.com site, not the date the original listing went live on the www.autoprocanada.com site.
The advertised vehicle must still be for sale as of the date the refund request is submitted and the vehicle&undefined;s title must be in your possession or the possession of a lien holder on your behalf. Listings for vehicles that have been sold (as the result of the listing or any other online or offline source) or traded in, or for vehicles that are otherwise no longer available for sale, are not eligible.
The listing must have been purchased on or after OCT, 2007. The Guarantee does not apply to listings purchased prior to this date.
The listing must have been purchased by an Individual Seller and not a Dealer, as defined above in the Sell It Yourself Rules.
The listing must satisfy all provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
Only one Guarantee refund per household per calendar year.
Refund Process. Individual Sellers who meet the Guarantee Eligibility/Limitation requirements may request a refund by following the process described below. Refunds will be granted only if all of the instructions below are followed.
Refund requests must be sent via postal mail to, Attn: Auto Pro Canada INC.
All refunds must be NOTORIZED
Refund requests must be postmarked no earlier than 91 days after the listing first appeared on autoprocanada.com and no later than 97 days after the date the listing first appeared on AutoProCanada.com.
Refund request must include a completed and signed copy of the www.autoprocanada.com Refund Request Form, which can be printed here. Incomplete or unsigned refund request forms will not be accepted.
The refund will be credited to the credit card used for the ad purchase.
The listing will be removed from the www.autoprocanada.com site when the refund is issued.
AutoProCanada.com shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether all requirements for the Guarantee have been satisfied and may terminate or modify the Guarantee program on a prospective basis at any time. The act of submitting a refund request does not ensure that a refund will be issued.
